The project
Tactile and interesting – in both form and function – this 2009 desktop calendar was created for staff at South-East-based development agency, the Learning & Skills Council. A white base-card features the numbers 1-31 in silver foiling, and is placed behind one of 12 different-coloured overlays – all die-cut with the right number of ‘windows’ for each month.
And for added interest and personalisation, each month’s card features a series of ‘factoids’ – both general and specific to the LSC; from meteorological statistics and important dates to facts about learning and education in England.
