The report folds out from A5 to A1 to give a powerful snapshot of the reality against which Nottingham Community Housing Association operate. It is printed on Yupo which is waterproof, stain resistant and tear resistant - this ties in with the statement on the back cover "A blanket this size could be all someone has if sleeping rough tonight"

The title Unfinished Business is reinforced by replacing the d with an underscore to read as Unfinishe_ Business. This is supported by the style of the headers and subheads where some of the letters are incomplete.

Finally the envelopes used were transparent to give maximum impact when posted out.
